3) Application for Registration on Events Scheme
4) 2 Counsel or CCFS Events Case Plan and eventual final claims
5) Application for Exceptional Costs with Registration
6) Exceptional Hourly Rates Case Plan, and costed claims
5) Upload documents on CCMS and deal with LAA queries, subject to access granted by firm
Estimates for High Costs work vary, however as a guide these tend to be as follows…
Initial Events case plan: 5-7 hours, with 30min-2 hours for updates and final claim if required
Exceptional Hourly Rates Case Plan: 5.5% of profit costs for the staged claims and 5-7 hours for the case plan, with 1-2 hours for each updated Stage
